We will be having a quiz tomorrow covering the topics of the Sun that we have covered.  Below is a list of topics that will be covered on the quiz.

• Inner layers of the Sun
• Outer layers of the Sun
• Features of the Sun
• Nuclear Fusion

More "Choice Lab" Fun!

"Choice" Lab

Over the next few days in class, students have the opportunity to choose a problem and create/execute a lab to solve the problem.  This allows us to really dig into a problem using the scientific method.  The students really come up with some very interesting ideas, don't believe me.....take a look at the pictures and videos posted below!  Great conversations about the validity of the labs and what groups can do in order to get a better result!  Students have the chance to re-think and attempt the experiment again on Friday! Awesome group of students, it was a lot of fun!!
